Leaders with a formative mindset view teacher learning with fluidity versus finality.  They believe that any evidence they elicit or come across must be used solely and primarily to drive the actions that support educators in meeting targeted building and district objectives. When leaders of all levels have clarity around what they want teachers to learn, how they’ll know they’ve learned it, and where to next, the development to alter practice and ultimately student growth and achievement sky-rockets. This interactive leadership focused session will support leaders at all levels in deepening their understanding of how to embed adult clarity in the development and support provided to teachers in meeting targeted objectives.  The facilitator will provide participants with quality examples within a framework that offers an entry point into using the strategies learned in the session.  Leaders will leave with the necessary tools to ensure that adult clarity is at the forefront of supporting all teacher development and adult learning.
